Initial version of the justsayin Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement, and sub-processor list.

Material amendments are notified with at least 30 days’ prior notice (ToS §13.1; DPA §15.4(a)); the addition or replacement of a sub-processor follows the separate notice and objection process in DPA §9. Non-material amendments (clarifications, corrections, formatting) are recorded here without prior notice (ToS §13.2; DPA §15.4(b)).
